Modernized the Remi Claeys plant two production lines and built new offices to improve internal morale and external brand perception. Plant produced then same volume than with 5 lines: 18,000 tons per year. Restored Kouperman’s profitability after important loss of business leading to a restructuring. Focused on operational excellence and costs control using management improvement tools (Lean and six sigma, Best Practices, WCM, ISO 9000/14000/18000/8000, TQM, HACCP,…)
